    I love these posts, keep it up. There are no lizards like this in Scotland and the sight of bright sun cheers me up too!

    Thanks! And indeed it was sunny today, about 18 degrees centigrade at noon, now at night around 11. And these lizards are VERY common here in Israel (and so are house geckos, who hibernate during the winter).
